The Hellfire Club ready to launch on Indiegogo
Exciting new crowdfunding campaign due for imminent release
Sheffield, UK: 8th November, 2016: Steampunk Journal Editor Matt Grayson has today announced plans to launch a new crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. The project is called The Hellfire Club and is a subscription based gallery of artistic nude portraiture in a steampunk style.
The Hellfire Club will be UK based and feature people of all genders, race, religions as long as they of adult age. The crowdfunding campaign aims to raise £13,000 in order to fund the first 20 shoots before the site goes live. The funds will pay the creative talent behind each shoot for their time which will boost the local economy and help to dispel the issues surrounding artists working for “exposure”.

Discussing The Hellfire Club, Matt Grayson said, “This is the culmination of a lifetime of photographic learning and a deep love of steampunk. I have a bank of models all interested in working with me on the project as well as a local make-up artist and a number of photographers have also expressed interest.” He continued, “At the start I’ll use professional models to get the site up and running, but I also want to feature real steampunks. I want the Hellfire Club to be a place where people can have picture taken that they normally wouldn’t dare to do and actually feel empowered. The site is going to be a tolerant place of positivity and encouragement.”
Despite this being a UK based operation, membership will be welcomed from all over the world. The launch is expected before the end of 2016 when enough interest has been generated.
