STEAMPUNK FESTIVAL’17
Saturday & Sunday
19th and 20th August 2017

Call for merchant stalls:

If you would like to participate in Steampunk Festival’17,

with your trade/merchant stall, we have now opened a call to register.

The obligations on trade and merchant stall proponents are:

Possess your own public liability certification.
Set up by no later than 9.30am Sat 19/8.
Pull down and vacate by no later than 6pm Sun 20/8.
Priority will be given to those who will attend BOTH days.
Site fee for the event is $100 for the weekend (two days)

Please provide the following details for review:

approx size (footprint) of your stall/area.
power required or not.
brief description of your activities.
contact details incl. telephone and email.
