Steampunk Hands Around the World 2016 – Welcome!

Welcome to the third annual Steampunk Hands Around the World, a month long celebration of the inspiring creativity in our community from every corner of the globe.

The theme this year is My Favorite Things and each of this year’s contributors will share some of their favorite people, events, and things which are part of their steampunk experiences over the years.

Hopefully, some of these items will become your favorites, too, and we all eagerly look forward to reading what your favorites are, too.

Follow along each day as new entries are added to the Official Link List,  tweets are sent using #SteampunkHands, and new discussions are posted on the Facebook event page.

As the posts are submitted from around the world, they will be written in a variety of languages. We recommend using an online translator such as Google or Bing so as not to miss out on any of the great submissions. Language will not be a barrier to this event nor the steampunk community.

Fire up those airship engines, its time to start this year’s adventure!
